Ambassadors Program

Sisters of Code Ambassadors is a 15-week train-the-trainer program with weekend lessons. It is designed to equip participants with essential digital skills as well as soft skills in leadership and project management. Students will also gain exclusive access to a work-readiness program, helping them with interview preparation, CV revision, and setting career goals.

Sisters of Code Ambassadors program combines technical expertise with leadership skills, empowering participants to make a meaningful impact in their communities and careers.

Course Curriclum

Week 1: Cybersecurity and Internet Protection

Weeks 2–3: Visual Coding Basics with Code.org

Weeks 4–5: Game Development with Scratch

Weeks 6–9: Web Development with WIX and HTML

Weeks 10–11: Artificial Intelligence

Week 12: Leadership Development and Presentation Skills

Week 13: Project Planning and Management

Weeks 14–15: Work Readiness Program

Student’s Participation Requirements

Profile: Cambodian female, aged 16 or older.
Skills: Basic IT knowledge (e.g., HTML and CSS) and basic English skills.

Interests: A passion for teaching and inspiring other girls to explore technology and a commitment to establishing and running Sisters of Code Clubs.

Official certificate of competition and recognition as a Sisters of Code Ambassador
Free tuition
Eligibility for paid part-time trainer roles subject to assessment of readiness to lead a coding club
Skills and confidence development to lead and create a lasting impact in communities

Group 1: In-person class at IT Academy STEP Cambodia, Toul Kork Campus
Group 2: Online class, ideal for students outside Phnom Penh
