Sisters of Code – Training Programs for Digital Inclusion

Since the establishment, Sisters of Code free programs aimed to reach as many students as possible to empower Cambodian women and girls to participate safely and confidently in the digital economy through free, skills-based programs combining technical, leadership, and employability training. In 2025 we have significantly grown through meaningful partnerships, new training opportunities, free workshops and events.

Our core activities include:

Sisters of Code Ambassadors Program

This 15-week program trains women aged 18+ in coding, cybersecurity, leadership, and teaching, creating certified trainers who lead local Sisters of Code clubs in 19 provinces.

Sisters of Code Clubs Program

This 18-week program offers girls aged 10–16 hands-on coding, AI basics, website creation, and online safety, delivered both online and in-person. Those are offered both in person and online.

Sisters of Code Employment Skills Program

This 15-week program equips women aged 20+ with Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Website Development, and UX/UI Design skills, paired with internship preparation support. The diverse programs we offer cover different age groups, but focus on the same mission - to nurture female leadership and participation in the digital economy not as consumers, but as creators.

Events and Awareness

Beyond education, we actively raise awareness and advocate for gender inclusion in tech through events and social media, fostering a more inclusive and diverse digital future.
