On Friday, October 18, 2024, Sisters of Code was honored to meet with Her Excellency Kry Nallis, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Women's Affairs of Cambodia (MoWA). This meeting marked a significant step in our mission to empower young women through digital skills.
During our time together, our team presented the Sisters of Code free curriculum, designed to equip young women with essential digital competencies. We emphasized the pressing need to address the gender gap in technology, highlighting the barriers young women face in accessing opportunities in this sector.
We discussed various strategies to enhance the participation of young women in the digital realm, stressing the importance of creating more avenues for growth and advancement. Our conversation also opened doors to potential collaborations with MoWA and other partners, aimed at expanding the reach and impact of Sisters of Code.
