Sisters of Code is organising a special event for the students to learn about a profession of a Graphic Designer. This one of the most popular professions among female students and now students can learn more about the skills and career opportunities.
Mrs. Sovann Pichpisey, a graphic design trainer at IT Academy STEP Cambodia will be our guest speaker. She has been working in the design industry since 2019. She has her hands in advertising and visual communications and design for both the private and development sectors. When she is not creating, she enjoys giving back. Being a design trainer means bringing a project-based and interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning design. This what she wants to share with the students who will join the event on June 11 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
We are happy to bring the Sisters of Code session to take place in person at IT Academy STEP Cambodia since the COVID-19 situation has improved. The event will include an introduction to the profession, as well as practical assignments to try design skills under the speaker guidance. You will also be able to ask any questions you may have about the career of a graphic designer.
