On August 24, 2025, we proudly celebrated 15 outstanding young women who completed the Employment Skills Program in Web Development and UX/UI Design in Battambang. This 14-week training program was supported by the National University of Battambang (NUBB) and sponsored by the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED). The event marked not only the conclusion of months of intensive training but also the beginning of new professional opportunities for these talented graduates.

Comprehensive Skills Development

Throughout the program, the students acquired more than technical knowledge. They learned to work collaboratively, solve problems effectively, and build confidence in their abilities. From foundational web development skills to creating practical and user-friendly digital designs, each student progressed step by step, overcoming challenges and demonstrating resilience. Many participants began with little or no prior technical experience, yet through dedication and teamwork, they successfully developed skills that will support their future careers.

The graduation ceremony reflected this growth, with trainers highlighting the students’ development in technical expertise, teamwork, and leadership. Families and friends joined in celebration, acknowledging the graduates’ remarkable achievements.

This program would not have been possible without the support of key partners committed to empowering young women through education. We sincerely thank National University of Battambang (NUBB) for providing a supportive learning environment, and the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED) for sponsoring this initiative. Together, we are creating pathways for young women to develop skills, innovate, and contribute to the digital economy.

Congratulations once again to the 2025 Battambang Employment Skills Program graduates. These young women are now well-prepared to pursue internships, launch independent projects, or continue their studies in technology. With their newly acquired skills, confidence, and determination, they are ready to design not only digital solutions but also their professional futures.
