Sisters of Code Signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cambodia Youth Consulting
On September 13, 2026, Sisters of Code was pleased to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cambodia Youth Consulting (CYC), marking a new collaboration to connect young people with valuable learning and career opportunities.
Sisters of Code Founder, Mrs. Natalja Rodionova, and Mr. Buoy Hengyouhong, Outreach Associate at CYC, participated in the signing ceremony at IT Academy STEP Cambodia Institute, Olympic Branch.
Under this MoU, Sisters of Code and CYC will collaborate to share information about digital skills training programs, leadership development opportunities, internships, and career opportunities with students and young people. Through this collaboration, we aim to support more Cambodian youth in making a confident transition from education to the workforce.
We strongly believe that this partnership will help expand access to educational and career opportunities for a wider audience, including students both in Phnom Penh and in other parts of Cambodia.
For Sisters of Code, expanding access to information about digital skills training, internships, and job opportunities is an important part of our mission. As an initiative working to bridge the gender gap in technology, Sisters of Code provides free digital and coding skills training programs for girls and women across Cambodia. By working with partners such as CYC, we can help ensure that information about relevant learning and career opportunities reaches more young people, particularly those who may not otherwise have access to these opportunities.
